Description
Programmer / process controller size 72x144mm. Programming of 9 cycles, max. 15 steps each.
Available models are equipped with 2, 5 or 7 relay outputs (check ordering codes), programmable for command, alarm/auxiliary functions and one analog input for thermocouples, RTDs, linear signals.
Ideal for electrical and gas kilns, including the management of motorised valves with Open/Close logic.
Special software functions make the programmer suitable for kilns and furnaces: Recovery mode allows the firing prosecution also after power failure, foreseeing a recovery step with programmable rise gradient to continue the firing process from the point of interruption; Waiting function is particularly useful in case the kiln is unable to reach the programmed temperature in the given time: the function enables the extension of segment until the final setpoint value is achieved for each step of the firing profile.
