Description

Programmer/process controller size 48x96 with frontal extraction of electronics.

One analog input for TC J, K, S, R, PT100, NI100, linear signals. Two relay outputs 8A resistive and one logic output SSR 12V-30mA programmable for command or alarm (band, deviation, general).

ATR420 is the ideal controller for simple firing cycles on kilns and furnaces with monitoring of all parameters. Frontal panel access to elapsed time from start, percentage of output, number of current step.
Special software functions assure precise and reliable firing profiles: Waiting function (useful whenever the plant is unable to reach the setpoint in the given time) and Recovery mode with programmable gradient (to restart the profile after power failure).
